it's the year i lost a luh-hot of weight.. tried using slimming pills, and yet nothing happened.. turns out i just need to keep an eye on what i eat.. last summer i weighed at least 180 lbs., and just before the christmas break i clocked in at 145 lbs.. from an XXL to an L.. and no, i've got no plans of stopping.. the diet's still on 'til my love handles and man-boobs disappear..

it's the year i shifted courses.. i decided to stop kidding myself, face the fact that i'm really not built for Computer Engineering, and shift to Computer Science.. and since Mapúa's not the best place to take up CS, i decided to change institutions.. not to mention, it's the year i transferred schools, to Informatics Computer Institute in Sampaloc.. i could not be any happier with my studies..

it's the year i made an enemy.. i normally don't have enemies [at least enemies i know of].. pero 2006 is the year one friend turned into one of the filthiest enemies i've ever had.. so, just remember that whenever i say "did a Rene", i mean talked behind my back, formed alliances with other unpleasant people, and blew things way out of proportion.. just a heads up.. *wink* on a much lighter note, it's the year i made tons of new friends.. new school and new dorm helped much..

most importantly, it's the year i matured a lot.. i learned to handle my time and finances appropriately.. i learned to be careful of what i say.. i learned to look out for myself and for the people around me..

just got my class cards today, and damn, am i pissed..

i should be happy pa nga e, kasi for the first time in my life, i finally got a 1.0.. but noooo.. i'm more pissed off by the fact na i only got a 2.0 in Math.. yeah, some of you might say na i'm overreacting.. pwede lang, pero nakaka-asar talaga..

hay naku.. basta.. hirap nang magsalita.. basta, bitter ako! hmph!

last night was fun, fun, FUN!

dumaan lang ako sa madrigal para kunin yung laundry ko, sabay biglang nag-aya sina enzy, erica, ayene, and arvin na mag-mcdo, so buntot naman ako.. pagdating namin dun, saka ko lang nalaman na libre pala ni arvin food namin! late birthday treat daw niya.. yippee!

tapos, while eating, nalaman ko na lalabas pala daw sila.. initial plans nila is to go to Provi.. excited na ako nun, pero biglang nagbago, sa Star City nalang daw.. so, sumama naman ako! hehe..

pagdating namin dun, na-realize ko na i left my wallet sa dorm.. was about to borrow money na sana, only to find out treat din pala ni arvin ride-all-you-can namin! talk about timing!

so, excited naman na akong sumakay dun sa mga extreme rides nila.. kasi naman, all the previous instances na nasa SC kami, mga bata ang kasama ko, e alangan namang isabay ko sila sakin, diba?

so, diretso dapat kami sa Viking, kaso i found out that arvin has this phobia of moving mechanisms, like escalators and theme park rides.. nung una, akala ko naman joke, pero later na-realize ko na seryoso pala siya.. i wanted to try to help him, so plano ko, unti-untiin namin yung mga rides.. yung mga medyo mellow muna, tapos unti-unti kaming magpro-progress into more thrilling rides.. so, nag-caterpillar muna kami, tapos blizzard, tapos dun sa magic carpet.. kitang-kita na super-tense siya during the ride.. dahil diyan, saludo ako kay arvin, isang taong may tapang at lakas upang harapin ang kanyang takot..

so, nung nagsarado na ang star city, at pagkatapos mag-food trip, nag-biking kami! masaya for the most part, kasi naman, aside from the games namin, it's been a long, loooooooong time narin since i last rode a bike.. so, medyo exhilirating din ang experience..

tapos, after an hour or so, diretso kami sa baywalk.. linakad lang ha.. lakas ng trip, no?

after mag-camwhore-an kasama ang mga dinos, kailangan na naming umuwi.. kasi naman, there were suspicious men following us e.. lakas ng loob, no? dami na nga namin, like, 14, sabay kami pa ang ta-target-in.. anyway, to be on the safe side, umuwi na rin lang kami.. konting food trip courtesy of 7-11, tapos umuwi na rin lang kami..

haaay.. it's times like this that i miss soooooo much.. fun to the max!

yesterday was the center's christmas-cum-acquaintance party.. masaya naman.. pati napilitan akong sumali sa isang parlor game, 'Polo-Kissing Contest' name niya.. pero okay lang.. walang KJ! hehe..

pati nagulat ako kasi di ko in-expect na makakakuha ako ng award.. 'Most Promising Student for New Batch' daw kuno.. but why?

uy, pero partida, antagal ko nang inde nakatanggap ng award.. weird nga lang talaga kasi usually you get an award for something good that you did.. pero sakin, impression lang ata talaga ang naging basis nila.. anyway, thankful narin ako na may award ako.. hehe..

at nag-overnight kami kina sandy! mejo close na rin kami ng mga second years.. bonding session, walang tulugan!

sh_t, i still can't get over the fact that Yvan didn't make it to the top 6..

kahit na he reminds me of some irritating songer na gifted din sa chin department, you can't deny the fact that he's one of the best talents in PDA.. for that, he undoubtedly deserves the slot in the top 6.. no, not ronnie nor chad.. it's yvan who deserves to join the PDA world tour..

well, ang consolation nalang sakin, wala na si rosita..

ayos lang yung finals namin sa CS112 and CS113 kanina.. at, kumusta naman, ngayon lang ako nakarinig ng finals na open notes, open books, at lahat lahat na! plus, since mabait ang proctor namin, at naaawa naman ako sa mga classmates ko, kaya sinabi ko na yung sagot sa ibang questions.. di kasi na-discuss, e feeling namin na hindi si sir ang magche-check ng papers namin, kaya ayun.. konting tulong man lang.. pang-boost lang ng grades.. pero sana lang hindi mali pag-solve ko.. hehe.. ^__^

after that, i met up with decci today sa SM San Lazaro.. sinamahan ko siyang bumili ng secret nalang kung ano yun.. sana lang may effect sa kanya.. at magulat nalang kayo the next time na makita niyo siya in person.. *wink wink*

tapos i bought something for the Kris Kringle na rin pala for tomorrow's Informatics christmas party.. good luck nalang ang makakabunot sa regalo ko.. hehe..

after that, nag-aya ako to eat at Burger King.. miss ko na 'to, sobra! naman kasi, kung kelan nag-aaral na ako sa Dapitan, saka pa sila nagsarado.. grrr..

almost lost my phone pala! nagtaka kasi ako kay decci kung bakit lagi niyang binubulsa phone niya, tapos la pang isang minuto bubunutin nanaman kasi may nag-text.. dahilan niya, baka daw maiwan niya sa table.. sabi ko sa kanya, wag siyang mag-alala, ire-remind ko siya.. tapos nung umalis na kami, tinanong ko siya, sabi niya dala niya.. tapos ako naman nagkapa ng phone.. lintik, ako pa nakaiwan sa tray! engots.. hehe..

tapos, the FX i rode on the way home got caught by this police car.. dunno kung ano yung offense, pero it must have been some very grave offense, kasi naman galit na galit si mamang driver.. hayun, after ibulsa nung wallet niya, kung mag-drive kala mo kung sa kanya yung kalsada.. sa sobrang abrupt pa ng speed bursts and brakes niya, pakiramdam ko, nakasakay ako ng space shuttle..

sayang, may cute pa naman ako na kasabay.. siyempre, act cool naman ako para di dyahe.. hehe.. ^__^

took two final exams yesterday.. ST109A [Word, Excel & Powerpoint] was easy.. CS111 [Computers and Information Processing] was hard as hell! good think i browsed the book a bit the night before.. kung hindi, surely bagsak ako..

bukas naman yung for CS112 [Program Design] and CS113 [Mathematics for Computing].. haay naku.. self study nanaman.. todo review dapat ako para sa dalawang yan..

pag naririnig ko ang pambi at yummy, naiiyak ako..

siguro kasi nami-miss ko na ang tropa.. nawala lang ako sa mapua, bigla na lang daming friends ko na ang members ng pambi.. dahil sa napalayo ako, di tuloy ako naka-'sali' sa bagong pamilya..

ewan ko ba.. tulad nalang nung EEC night.. ramdam ko na parang na-disconnect ako sa kanila.. yun bang biglang di ako makahabol sa samahan, tawanan, lokohan nila.. feelingero lang talaga siguro ako, pero pakiramdam ko walang naka-miss sa akin..
tangina, naluluha na ako.. *sob*
