since the day i'm back here in Bayombong, it has been boring as hell!

how can it NOT be boring? i spent christmas with only my family, with no other relatives.. this town is so boring that there isn't a single place here that i can go to have fun.. all i do here is eat, sleep, netsurf, and watch TV & DVDs..

another thing that i hate about going home is that i'll start putting up weight again.. i mean, i've already started my after-6 diet [which worked for me].. i've already gotten the hang of it, and then i come home.. great..

i can't believe i'm saying this, but i'm already itching to go back to school.. i miss the school.. i miss the org.. i miss the canteen.. plus, i'm excited to know who my professors and my classmates will be this term.. i can tell that it'll be loads of fun..

i am sooooo looking forward to the afternoon of January 2nd..

i'm soooo hooked on Smallville right now!

i never really got to appreciate this until now.. see, back in 3rd year HS, my dormmate would drag me to the living room just to watch this.. back then, i didn't really see what was so special about this show.. i mean, come on, who'd be interested in watching how a superhero got his powers, anyway?!

fast forward to an afternoon last month.. i bought myself volumes 3 & 4 of the Best Of Friends collection.. now, it has been, like, tradition for home videos like these to have trailers and stuff to recreate that cinema-esque atmosphere.. it happens that one of the trailers in the disc is that of Smallville.. now, for me it appeared to be one for a movie, so i was so intrigued since the only Smallville i am aware of is that of a series.. and it so happened that i have seen lots of Smallville VCDs in record bars.. normally you would just dismiss them as series videos, but there are ones that i've seen that don't have any text or label that would associate it to be part of any season..

just last week, as i was shopping for christmas gifts, i again saw the stacks of questionable Smallville VCDs.. out of curiosity, i bought a copy.. later that night, i watched it as part of a movie marathon.. that fueled my interest in the series..

and then, just this night, as i was channel surfing, i caught it airing in Studio 23.. and i was surprised because Lois Lane is already in the storyline! well, it has been ages since i last updated myself on the series..

and now i'm thinking i'm such a lameass for not buying that season 1-4 boxed set i saw in quiapo.. */sob*

season's greetings, everyone! hope you guys have great ways of celebrating this day, because i sure as hell don't have any..

this christmas has got to be the most boring one i've ever had! geez, we're all stuck here in Bayombong, isolated from all our titos, titas, lolos, lolas, and pinsans.. we are the only ones here, and we don't even have any relatives nearby.. we shouldn't have left laguna in the first place.. now we're forced to spend christmas in this crummy place..

pero it's okay parin.. at least we have each other.. and i'm happy, too, because at least this year i got to give them gifts.. last year kasi, i had no money, so.. hehe..

i got my mom and dad the Sarah Geronimo concert DVD.. i knew they'd love it, kasi they wanted to see it live, but wasn't able to, since my dad had classes, and my mom had to work..

i was supposed to give my siblings the PBB DVD, but all the places i went to ran out of stock, so i gave two of them VCDs instead: the Smallville pilot, A Series of Unfortunate of Events.. i couldn't find any good video for my little sister, so i got her towels from bench..

then, when i went to quiapo, i saw this Westlife DVD for sale, and i remembered that our househelp was a big fan of theirs, so i bought it for her..

no gifts for me, though.. but that's okay.. i'll buy the Smallville boxed set i saw for me later..

watched King Kong with some dormmates last night.. was itching to watch a flick in the big screen since it's been helluva long time since my last movie..

the action scenes live up to the intensity of the hype, pero i find the infatuation scenes between Kong and the lady far too OA..

i also find it amusing that Jackson shot scenes solely for the trailer.. i mean, i was waiting for the trailer scene where the leading lady screams while shooting, and from afar Kong screams as well..

pansin ko lang, almost all the girls i know cried while watching the flick, whereas i know no guy friend who did.. freaky..

it was only recently i realized that my wardrobe sucks big time..

see, most of my clothes are maluwag para hindi masyadong halata na chubby ako.. sabi ng iba inde naman daw, pero para sakin, i am.. i just started wearing shirts that are just right for me.. and i like it!

i'm not as chubby as i think i am pala.. kasi, napapansin ko yun, e.. whenever i wear my old shirts, mukha akong mataba talaga.. pero with my new ones, anlaki ng ipinapayat sa looks.. hay, the illusion of baggy clothes talaga..

i need a wardrobe change! that means only one thing: a lot of new clothes! [ala lang.. kasi yung mga bago ko, isa-isa kong binibili.. ngayon, isang bagsakan.. hehe..]

also, expect a lot of mapúa shirts.. sobrang ganda ng mga designs, e..

pero i hope this is not a premature victory gloat.. sana hindi nagkamali yung admin ng myMapua sa pag-enter ng grades sa records..

this week is mapúa's finals week.. but, for the unlucky few like me, it started a day earlier..

my first exam today was for Computer Programming 1.. it was okay.. nakakainis lang kasi there are a lot of very confusing, 'which line has a mistake' questions..

the exam for Network Analysis 1 was hard as hell! most questions were all about inductors and capacitors, and yet we only rushed discussing on those.. pero many upperclassmen are saying that noone under Ms. Fausto fails Circuits1, so i just guessed the answers to all the questions i can't answer..

while i was watching the big night, i had this very strong feeling.. something in me told me to go and log on to friendster and upload pics.. so i did.. i left the room and sacrificed not watching the finale of PBB..

while uploading, i remembered that for the past few days i was searching for my crush's friendster account.. bigo ako..

not this time! at long last nakita ko na profile niya! i bookmarked it, para every time na magla-log-in ako, pwede ko siyang makita.. sana makita niya ang link sa account ko at i-add niya ako..

ang cute cute niya talaga.. very charming smile, uber-seductive stare, that mysterious look.. pakshet, matutunaw ako sa lakas ng dating niya sakin..

gusto ko talaga siyang maging ka-close.. dalawa ang orgs niya na pwede kong salihan.. yung isa, okay sakin kasi like ko yung target crowd nila, pero ayoko yung admissions process.. besides, dun siya lagi tumatambay.. yung isa naman, hindi ako kasali sa target crowd nila, pero madali lang pumasok dun.. ewan ko lang kung madalas siya dun..

kaya pala late siyang umuuwi.. nagdo-dorm din pala siya.. from mindanao pa pala kasi siya.. sana lumipat siya sa dorm ko, para maging close kami.. ^__^

UPDATE 2 [2258hrs]: shet, kasali pala yata siya sa previous EEC night.. sabi na nga ba dapat sumama ako last year, e!

naalala ko pala, nung EEC night, palagi ko siyang nakakasalubong.. inde pa kami magkakilala, so walang eye contact.. pero, may mga times na nakikita ko siyang tumitingin.. makes me think kung sinadya ba niya yung ibang mga pagsasalubong namin..

i need to get 38 questions right in our MatSci finals tommorow for me to pass.. God help me..

our prototype is still not finished.. if we don't get it to work by 1pm tomorrow, our group fails Logic lab.. God help me..

i do not have 2 quizzes in CompProg1.. God help me..

may bago akong crush.. ang cute cute niya talaga! anlakas pa ng sex appeal niya para sakin, ewan ko lang sa iba.. balak ko pa ngang sumali sa org niya, para lang makilala siya ng husto..

and the wierd thing is, hindi lang ako ang tumititig sa kanya.. pakiramdam ko, maya't-maya'y tinitignan niya rin ako.. kasi sa mga rare occasions na nagkakasalubong ang mga mata namin, nakakatunaw ang tingin niya..
